Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I work at a software consulting company and we use Articulate to develop learning courses for the end users that will be using our software.

Pros

  • Customizability
  • Ease of use
  • Lots of available tools
  • Ease of integration

Cons

  • Wish it was compatible with Mac
  • More options in Rise
  • Made more business
  • Top selling point when vying for contracts
We use rise and storyline when developing courses for internal and customer use. Reach 360 is used as our internal LMS.
I have not used the AI products.
Storyline has a learning curve but is easily to use once that is achieved.

It has been well suited and well received in all of the companies and various industries that we have worked with so far. It is compatible with the different LMS systems that are around.
