Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Articulate is a transversal software in our organization since we use it to design courses of our own catalog, but also to design courses for our fully customized clients.

The great flexibility of the storyline allows us to create courses for computers but also for mobile phones, all from the same complete suite.

Pros and Cons

Storyline allows working with layers for the creation of interactive scenarios.
Storyline allows you to control the user's progress, to configure it freely and directionally, we can also program advances by accumulating points.

An opportunity for improvement is that the software allows creating responsive courses in offline mode to be able to design them at all times.
You could include an editor or character creator within the same storyline.

Return on Investment

The use of Articulate in our business model is totally positive, its implementation has increased sales by 300%.
The same courses can be sold many times with our B2C model.

Captive is also a powerful software for eLearning, but Articulate has a much faster learning curve, in a couple of weeks the factory team could already design and produce with Articulate.

Another advantage of articulate is that it has a very large repository of resources and templates in comparisons with captive, whose editable or examples are scarce.

Support Rating

They have different channels of attention, by chat or by email, they are efficient when there are errors or doubts. They also have some providers is Spanish, but they are not as efficient as in English, perhaps because of the level of experience, but it can be improved in years to come, the more common customers become in Latin America.

The best scenario to use Articulare is when we need to create a fully customized training course or proposal, within it we can program gamification elements, points and performance levels.

Within the software you can add Javascript code to execute complementary functions, you can also use the variables to energize the scenes.
