For Project Management Asana beats them all
Overall Satisfaction with Asana
As a web developer, I find Asana comes in handy to keep my projects organized. Everything I need to accomplish is easy to add to each project and I even get a nice graphic when a task is completed. Before I used Asana I had project details in 4 or 5 places and it was always a pain to keep organized.
Pros
- Organize my material in one place so I don't need to dig for it.
- Ability to add to each project easily and check it off as done just as easy.
- Pleasing design
Cons
- When I am a user with clients I need to open a new window for client.
- When using the app it always tries to open in browser when clicking anything.
- Project Management
- Project delegation
- Ability to share with clients
- Speed of management of projects
- Cost tracking
- Time management
- monday.com and ClickUp
Side by side with the other two Asana by far beats monday.com and is comparable and slightly better than ClickUp. Monday is completely browser-based and is hard to navigate and figure out how to set up. Asana and ClickUp are the exact opposite. Both are easy to set up and use but Asana beats ClickUp in this aspect as their overall UI is just cleaner and everything I need is in front of me. ClickUp takes a little more setup to accomplish the same thing.
