Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

We use it across the organization for HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeper, Benefits, Training, and Performance.

  • It is not what was sold to us.
It doesn't stack up. The biggest differences are customer service and ease of implementing the system.
Their support is inconsistent in product knowledge and assistance.
Yes, the gave exceptional support on the initial Performance build 2 years after initial implementation.
Even if a company has an HTML knowledgeable department that can be dedicated to building and implementation, it is going to take a long time to get it all up and running. Not a good fit for small organizations that would have to set it up in addition to continuing current responsibilities.
