Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis
In my department, we use Ascentis for just about everything. We are using this to add in new hires and we use them to manage employee files. It's a great tool for any company that needs an 'all in one' package. Definitely an all-inclusive type of system.
- Customer service is always amazing, everyone is very helpful.
- Navigation is very user-friendly.
- Provides a lot of online growth as in additional training.
- Making the reporting more user-friendly would be helpful.
- Hard to judge but overall I feel it has been positive.
I think Ascentis is quite a bit more user-friendly than some of the other systems that I have used in the past.
I have only needed Ascentis support a few times but I can think of one specific time where I was reaching out to get a form added to our onboarding process, they were very responsive and friendly and explained everything to where I could understand it and answered all of my questions within a timely manner. it was a very pleasant experience.
