Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

We use this throughout our company for HR/Payroll & timekeeping.
  • Changing to a single screen for all info
  • Easy to see total hours
  • PTO tracker
  • Shift differential calculating for training hours
  • On call rate
  • Pay policy roll from Ascentis to Novatime
  • When the shift differential does not calculate properly, we must manually calculate and this can lead to processing payroll late.
When the need arises to speak to Ascentis personnel, the staff are professional & courteous. Most calls are corrected while on the phone. If it is something they need to research, the issue is typically handled within 4 hours.
We needed a pay code added in Novatime specific for our location. The Ascentis staff member was able to create the code and transfer everyone who was in the previous pay code to the new code.
I like that the ASM and time sheet can be connected.
