Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

It is used by HR (record keeping & communication) & Recruiting (communication & hiring process).
  • A good system for HR record keeping.
  • Works well for smaller companies for applications/hiring process.
  • Would help to be able to have more than 1 employee record open at a time.
  • I get connection error messages frequently, when I know I'm connected.
  • Has begun to be slower. I'm not sure if that's because we are hiring a much larger pool of employees.
  • I don't know for sure, but overall it has been positive.
As stated previously, I personally think our company may have outgrown Ascentis.
Personally, they have been helpful. I think the electronic help/support option, should be more helpful.
I think it worked well when our company was smaller. Now that we've grown tremendously, it doesn't seem to be working as well.
