We use Ascentis across the entire organization for HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and ACA

There are pros and cons to both. Ascentis fits the size of this organization better and their support is better.
Issues are always resolved in a timely manner, whether I contact by email or phone.

I have enough experience that I can work through pretty much any scenerio, but in the beginning, it took some time to get the hang of it.
Ascentis works well for us with our employee count of just over 100. We have all users clocking in and out on a PC and do not utilize timeclocks.
