Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

We use Ascentis across the entire organization for HR, time management, and payroll. I like that it's a 'one-stop' shop for HR/Payroll.
  • Ascentis is very responsive to our questions.
  • Onboarding was easy. They guided us through to ensure the transition went smooth.
  • Schedule Q&A session for year end payroll training for the first year we were on Ascentis to ensure we have everything covered.
  • Much easier to process payroll. Employees have time to review details instead of focusing on just gathering hours.
  • Much better tracking/audit features for who approved, etc
Helping w/ accounting codes. Changing the setup to our account structure. Elissa was very quick to respond and help.
I've already recommended your software to several colleagues, one of which implemented your software. I think Ascentis is ideal for companies under 1k employees
