Overall Satisfaction with Asigra

We chose Asigra to provide cloud backup service to our Managed Services clients. Structured also uses it as our primary backup solution. It is agent-less, fully licensed, and can meet the DR needs of any company size.

Best of all options, covers most if not all scenarios, granular backup, scheduling, and retention options. Provides self-service restores, centralized web management interface, and granular reporting.
Works best where 1 or more systems can perform backups per site. Because of security, data is encrypted when backed up. Data must be restored to be accessible. Other, less secure products, may allow to browse backup data contents and mount without restoring.

Using Asigra

10 - Managed Services helpdesk that provides support to 50 clients, many of whom use Asigra as an on premise, cloud, or hybrid backup solution. Regular auditing helps show growth, backup errors, trends, backup and restore activities to management to show value and return on investment. Self service of Asigra lets users restore their files without having to open a helpdesk case.

We have tried and used many products. Asigra met all of our objectives and was the best fit for our ideal clients. Asigra works well with SMB and enterprise environments. All components have redundancy options so you can build a true "no single point of failure" system.
