Overall Satisfaction with Astera Centerprise

Our company enables Finance Accounting and Procurement back office technology for a wide variety of clients. We use Astera ETL to extract tabular accounting data in PDF documents and extract/convert that to Excel files. The PDF files are received from banks, and the data contains financial transactions that need to be reconciled with the accounting data in our systems. Astera enables extraction using simple config steps, it is accurate and reliable.

We started using Astera on client recommendation, and it worked really well and we continued its use.
Astera support team is one of the key ingredients that makes using Astera products a very wise choice. The support team is quick to respond, helpful, understands our requirements/needs and customizes the outcome to match that. The readiness to help us out with activities that typically would fall into our realm like software install, workflow config (even in simple straightforward cases), upgrades, etc, is what makes this one of the best support teams we have worked with.

As mentioned in the Pros, the configurability, the workflow options, the ease of setup, reliability and accuracy are the reasons that makes this product attractive. We have had very little performance concerns, or instances where the product stopped working or required support. And when we do need support, like for moving the solution to another system or to deploy/upgrade the product, the Astera support team is very prompt and knowledgeable. The only reservation is the price tag.
