Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

AT Internet is being used by the business division I'm a part of. It is basically used to gather the traffic and download information to our organization's website.
  • The plethora of elements and levels to gather and view data.
  • The download information is an extremely essential element for us, however, this has been broken for a long time for us now. The numbers don't make sense as I even observed missing data for several months in 2018.
  • AT Internet for years was used to drive business decisions but the missing data and blatently wrong data aren't helping us.
Actually, I really would love to understand the support system in place. I would ideally want support personnel to either share a custom doc for the system implemented for us or give us a hands-on tour, so that we've got all the right things in place.
AT Internet has powerful elements. However, the implementation we have has missing elements and data, which is not really useful and hinders our use of the product.
