Overall Satisfaction with AT&T Workforce Manager

We used AT&T Workforce Manager as a compliment to our company phone service. We were able to schedule service calls and keep track of our technician schedules. Our office staff liked the convenience of knowing where our technicians were located and it made it easier to dispatch to the next service call.
  • Know what is going on in the field in real time.
  • Easy to communicate with field techs.
  • Simplified payroll process.
  • It would not integrate with our business forms.
  • No contact data base
  • No inventory tracking
  • Made timekeeping a breeze.
  • Limited functionality with forms.
  • Not enough flexibility for users.
  • Corrigo Field Service Management (FSM) and formerly WorkTrack
AT&T Workforce Manager and Corrigo Field Service Mananger (FSM) have a lot of similar qualities. However, we decided to switch to Corrigo FSM because we were able to get electronic signatures and import our customer database. I liked the ease of movement within AT&T Workforce Manager better than that of Corrigo FSM. AT&T Workforce Manager is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate.
The support was ok. Tech support was very knowledgeable and helpful when needed.
AT&T Workforce Manager is pretty to look at, but it performs at a lower level than others of its category.
