Overall Satisfaction with athenaOne
We have been using athenaOne for the past 2 years at our 14 locations with 21 providers. Prior to that we were using another EMR and billing software. We were extremely frustrated with our previous software solution and that prompted us to look for an EMR/billing solution that will satisfy the need of our providers. Since switching to athenaOne we have experienced a significant increase in the productivity for our providers. At the same time there is an improvement in our cash flow, receivables and percent of revenue collected.
- Very easy to keep track of quality measures.
- Easy to track suspect conditions, care gaps.
- Easy to review performance of providers across the whole organization.
- At this point I can not think of anything that I am missing.
- At least 2-3% increase in revenue collection.
- Timely note completion rate went up.
- Increase in payments from insurers for P4P.
