We at our organization use confluence for managing all the research documentation,designs,page updates,development updates,calculations on the topics,developed code histories,quarter plans and multiple time to time handover records.
It addresses the local documentation,access issues.Easy sharing documents with team filters, login safety, data privacy.
Its interface gives the option to Auto select title content,standard headings in the paragraph options. Status highlight options.
Its a part of the documentation life in the organzation.

- The page design support and the interfaces are commendable
- Data Privacy and 2 step verification login.
- Easy direct share with the team members, send the direct mail to the shared person.
- Tag someone easily, comment option in the page end for reference tagging.
- Some more interface options, like color options or text highlight options
- Column and Row align options.
- More options in the Table. when added a table, options like strike thorugh.
- shortcuts such like add date by "\\", tag someone by "@"mail-id.
- Status option, where someone can mark the status by changing the name and colors.
- Atlassian JIRA is easy connected with Confluence and have the easy tagging and sharing option.
