Overall Satisfaction

  • Integration and API to other software/SAS solutions.
  • Reporting Flexibility was a must for us to keep track of incoming work, planned work as well as work in progress.
  • Easy to use software.
  • Excellent support from AtTask and escalation process was easy to use and receive feedback.
  • Easy to understand manuals and training.
  • Implementation support was fantastic.
  • Reporting was always a complex task and not very user friendly when it came to writing complicated queries (but what is these days, right!). A more easy to understand and use interface for writing complex reports would be a nice feature as I spent moist of my time trying to get the best out of reports that did not function as anticipated. Please also understand that once a report was working, it was a very flexible tool for manipulation and usability of that report such as email, format and configuration.
  • Understanding of the user interface sometimes took more time for some users. However the videos for support and training were not that easy to find. A better approach would be to always suggest things dynamically based on what you were doing.
  • AtTask in-time provided an Improved understanding of our internal processes.
  • AtTask also made us more aware of when projects were over budget and where expenses could either be manipulated, cut back or passed on and charged back.
  • ROI was a definite positive after we implemented AtTask as we had never had access to such a powerful tool before.
This is kind of a loaded question because i left my old position more than a year ago. However i am under the impression that we renewed our contract every year based on usage and users of the system and feedback we received from our clients about its ease of use and usability throughout the workplace.
I have recommended AtTask to my current employers however because we primarily live in a Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) world it doesn't seem to fit our needs. We are however always on the lookout for newer software to support our business and i am always up-to-date with enhancements to AtTask and if one day it better supports our business model then I'm sure we will take a closer look at it again.
