Overall Satisfaction with Attentive Mobile

I believe that Attentive Mobile has predatory contracts with zero concessions. They may have a high growth rate, but I'd invite researchers to figure out how many of those companies are tied to a contract for up to 2 years that they cannot break with any form of concessions. When you try to talk to anyone higher than a young entry level sales person, you do not get a response. Once they have your money and contract, the customer service is poor and with my experience trying to solve real world problems companies are facing this year, Attentive Mobile does little to help their clients succeed in their goals overall.

I would not recommend Attentive Mobile to anyone in the relationship driven internet marketing world for the main reason that they become cost prohibitive over time. I believe they only want to bury you deeper in a contract when you want to make changes for the better of your business concerning SMS management. I would actually advise people AGAINST using Attentive Mobile if they asked me about my experience. Not because they aren't user friendly, but because I think their legal team runs the show and I think they do not do anything to truly help their clients grow as an overall entity. DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THEM EVER. You're better off getting discount on the non-contract version.
