Overall Satisfaction with Automox

We use Automox mainly for weekly patching of various kinds of devices running Windows, Linux and MacOS. Total more than 1100 devices. In rare cases, it is used to install/uninstall apps using worklets. Overall, Automox helps us with vulnerability management and compliance by ensuring that all devices are up to date. And Automox also saves time with an easy-to-use interface and the automated patching process.
  • Mega user friendly interface
  • Automated patching
  • Cross-platform support
  • Worklets
  • it would be nice to see information about the current status of services on the device page, for example Windows server, and also know the time when it was last rebooted.
  • Automox definitely helps to save time for servers patching and remediation.
  • And of course, it helps to make centralized servers patching management simple and efficient.
  • Automox helps to comply with compliance by ensuring that all devices are up to date.
Unfortunately, I do not know how it was in the organization before the implementation of Automox, but I can assume that after the implementation security has increased and it became easier to meet compliance requirements. The productivity of employees has also increased.
The main thing for me - ease of use (well-designed and user-friendly interface with the necessary information about devices).

Do you think Automox delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Automox's feature set?

Yes

Did Automox live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Automox go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Automox again?

Yes

Automox is well suited for device patching by remote employees, as it allows devices to be patched even when employees are outside the corporate network. It is also well suited for managing patches in infrastructures that have various devices, including Windows, Linux, MacOS. Automox is least suitable where the Internet connection is unstable.
