Overall Satisfaction with Autopilot
We previously used their Quadrotech platform for many years which was configured with our exchange. Their portal was used by me to administer about 30-40 user accounts including security groups. An example use case would be enabling a user to have a different type of enterprise Microsoft license once they become full time. Was a pretty basic system.
- Consolidates a lot of info into one place to administer.
- Easy access.
- It is not intuitive to navigate the backend.
- Pages would time-out frequently when performing changes to users.
- Not sure. I cannot put a $ on it for ROI as I was the administrator and not part of the team that procured it. Time-wise I would say I spent less time using it than I previously had used in CloudPortal Services Manager.
Okta and Azure AD seem to work better for administering our email tenant and users for me comparatively. They just seem easier to use and I was already experienced with both.
