Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
I use Auvik daily to monitor my customer's networked devices, view the live network map, and provide a tool to send live alerts to my ticketing system where it will create a ticket automatically and close the ticket if the issue is resolved. Even after all of this, the system automatically backs up switch, router, and firewall configurations as well as provides remote access from a single pane of glass to all of the customer sites that we manage.

- This is much cheaper than the local-only applications that have an upfront cost as well as ongoing licensing.

With very little setup time and no ongoing maintenance on my end, Auvik has been the only choice for me. I have not had to give up any features that I needed using them over the other guys
