Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
Avalara is being used by our accounting department alongside Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop. It helps us address sales tax nexus as helps with accurate sales tax calculations in the various different tax jurisdictions.

- Calculating Accurate Sales Tax
- Providing Reporting for Ease of Remitting Taxes to Various Jurisdictions
- Speed - sometimes the calculation call-outs can take several seconds
- Monitoring # of transactions versus just $ of transactions for economic nexus
- I can't imagine the hours our staff would need to spend on tracking sales taxes for returns. Avalara has at the very least saved us one whole person dedicated to just sales tax compliance.

It was very easy. An Avalara tech met with us to walk us through the set up and even gave us tips on how to make sure the process went smoothly.
- Professional Services (nexus studies, registrations, backfiling, etc.)
We haven't yet but are considering adding these services in the future.
