Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara for tax compliance and document management. We are a large company and it helps us file sales and uses tax returns efficiently and timely with ease. It keeps up with Nexus compliance and it takes the thinking out of knowing when and how close you are getting before triggering Nexus requirements.
  • Quick communication back when you have questions or issues.
  • The have awesome webinars and presenters.
  • The tax compliance software is very user friendly.
  • I honestly don't know at this current point in time.

Avalara is very much needed in today's business world to stay compliant with all the jurisdictions you plan to do business in. Avalara is very user-friendly however, you do have to spend a little time getting to know the software to make daily activities more effective and efficient. Tax requirements are very convolute in 2022 so we need all the help we can get. Avalara A++++
