Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara (Avatax/Cert Capture). This is used to capture all the tax exempt certificates for our customers and file them properly by state. This takes away the guess work in how much taxes should be applied by using Avatax that is connected to our ERP system, Netsuite.

- Taking guess work out of calculating taxes per state.
- We use it with Netsuite
The integration wasn't difficult, it was just knowing how it should've been implemented. For example, selecting ship to vs bill to in ERP system or how to reverse credit memos on taxes that were given but filed under the wrong state. Or how to just charge taxes in our ERP etc...
