Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara is integrated with our accounting software and accurately calculates sales tax for our multistate operation. We utilize CertCapture to maintain exemption status for our customers. Additionally, Avalara does all of our sales tax filings.

Pros

  • Maintains exemption certificates from our customers.

Cons

  • Entering sales tax credits and other adjustments is a cumbersome process.
