We linked sales tax rates to our main accounting software which updates rate depending on the ship to area. Avalara reducing our invoicing time and made easier to file sales tax in the relevant area.

It took a while to link automatic rate update by IT.

We are not currently using it but are interested in using professional service occasionally if such option is available.
