Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it daily, with uploading new tax certificates for customers. I also use it to reach out to customers to inform them when their tax certificates are about to expire and request a new tax certificate to be put on file. I use it daily to confirm with customers and coworkers if a customer has a valid sales tax exemption form on file or not.

I give this a nine out of ten because of how easy and simple that Avalara can be. The reason that I gave this a nine instead of a ten is because of the large amount of information that is on Avalara that I feel like we are not using and it is just in the background and could be more easily accessed to understand what can be used.

We have benefited from CertCapture and the Avalara Returns tremendously. I personally use CertCapture on the daily, for easy access to customer accounts and see their sales tax exemption form status along with being able to upload sales tax exemption forms into the specific customer account. The Avalara Returns make the returns monthly easy in regards to the SST states.

I have only used Avalara so I do not have a valuable answer to this question

Like I stated previously, I think Avalara is well suited for the quick questions that come from customers and/or coworkers about their sales tax exemption forms and if they are valid in a specific state or if they are needing to fill out more sales tax exemption forms to be sales tax exempt.
