Overall Satisfaction with Avanan

We use it to secure our inboxes. As a large company, we are getting many spams, Avanan takes care of it.

Pros

  • very good detection rate
  • one time set up is enough for a long time
  • resolution time is super fast

Cons

  • support is little late (but is not needed very often)
  • It works with Microsoft 365
  • inline scanning
  • less people are needed to maintain process
  • users are getting drastically less annoying mails

I think it's more suited for companies which have large number of employees, where employees are less educated in technical fields, like internet security.. there are more chances of getting malicious e-mails, hence products like avanan are more needed.
