Overall Satisfaction with Avanan
We primarily use Avanan as a email security tool. One of the major challenges that we were facing earlier was the inflow of many malicious emails. The default security provided by the email tool was not enough and moreover there was no restriction in sharing these emails internally. With the introduction of Avanan drilling down into important summary statistics became that much more easy with its slide down menus.

- Unified search query box helping find users much quicker.
- The server uptime status is not very easily visible as it is tucked at the top right
- Initially some threat free emails were blocked which was a major hindrance for us. But overtime, these errors reduced
- The initail set up and implementation could be faster
- Centralized Doc menu on the dashboard screen
- High level events summary in the events page
- Smart Phising option to check the exact reason for detection of phishing emails
- Advanced Threat detection helping us protect our data
- Reduced 3rd party security costs
- Centralized interface for managing all the data saves a lot of time for us.
