Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Avatura ATS for all areas and departments of recruitment and management within the organization to group and discover all skills and experiences of new candidates. With this, we gathered within certain groups the scores of respondents and performance of all selection processes.

Sometimes the tool is a little slow during use
I believe there should be free versions for testing in a limited way

Likelihood to Recommend

As it is a very complete tool, with many features and that sometimes ends up being a little complex, I would recommend it only for medium-sized companies. Perhaps in a large company, it could complicate the processes a little instead of making it easier. But it's a great tool!

Better hires drive better results, Avature's role is sorely needed
