Overall Satisfaction with Avaya OneCloud UCaaS
It is used across the organization and with new Aura the Mobile client within Premises is of great help to be connected and be reachable.
- Single use experience on mobile and the PC where same client is used on both the devices.
- Same extension used in 2 or 3 devises or phones to get reachable all the time
- Mobile client helps in mobility where within office we are available where ever we go.
- Phone look and Display is wide and good. Also the Phone is robust to be used.
- Need Easy chat feature on the Avaya Client installed on the Laptop
- Wish to have Desktop sharing available with the client like we have in Skype
- Need file sharing feature on the Avaya client
- Single number reach has helped our operations team to be connected anytime required.
- Management team is with Mobile client where decision making is quick and no calls are lost as mobile is available all the time.
- Voice Quality is extremely good and helps in getting many ppl in conference with ease.
- Voicemail system is used to leave important message when not available and Call Back feature is extremely great.

- Cisco Business Edition 7000 and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Price is less compared to them and the VOIP quality with Contact center is at par with the other PBX.
Avaya is very user friendly and easy to manage in terms of operation support and user training.
