Best and Stable Messaging Solution!

I am from a telecommunications background and have worked in a company and projects in my tenure. I can tell you very confidently that Avaya Cloud Office is one of the best applications in the field. It has lots of features and functionality which go above and beyond. Whether it's a small organization or a large one, it will suit you.

Yes - We have been using this application for many years and I can say it is used for online meetings, conferences, collaborating with our employees or customers, video calling, messaging and many others. It's a great messaging tool and we have benefited not just by using it but also when we had outages with it, the response was amazing.

We have integrated it with third party integrations like Office 365 and yes, it does a fantastic job. In my opinion, the plugin works best with my calendar and I can join my meetings directly without any issues. In reality, the interface for managing users is what I love the most.

My overall experience has been so far awesome and I love the fact that Avaya Cloud Office partners with AI to deliver audio and visual features to enhance the online communication. I feel it makes a tremendous experience for an end user and I just love that.
