Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
Avaya Cloud Office allows our organization to communicate with our clients through SMS, phone, fax, video, and web collaboration all from within one application on any device. The worry about whether or not to take our desk phones home during times of inclement weather is no more as we can use our laptops and mobile devices just as easily as our desk phones. The ease of administration and analytics is a big wow factor when we demo the product.

We have seen increased productivity with the ACO platform by unifying all of our communication needs in one platform.
Using SCIM to automatically create users has been a huge time saver. Google plugin is awesome too!
