Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Avaya Cloud Office affords us all of the features of a large telephone system without us having to worry about a big box in our phone closet- our employees can utilize as many or as few of the different features included without us being concerned with extra fees or surcharges. The telephone sets have large displays that are easily read, and the speakerphone sound quality is excellent. Especially considering the current economic/business climate, the ability for our employees to be able to seamlessly work from their desks, their cars, from home - anywhere - makes the Avaya Cloud Office the best choice for communications!
  • Allows everyone in our company to stay connected- regardless of whether they are at their office desk, travelling, or working from home.
  • Everyone is able to know information about calls coming in or out- caller ID with name and number appears regardless of where any of us are taking the call.
  • Quality of the telephone sets is superior to any ones we have had in the past- the sound is excellent regardless of whether we are taking calls via the standard handset or via the speakerphone.
  • Less pre-programming time to onsite time/installation.
  • Avaya Cloud Office enables our employees to work seamlessly regardless of their physical location.
  • Avaya Cloud office allows us to stay connected to each other and the outside world.
  • The telephone sets we have with the Avaya Cloud office have large, clear displays and speakerphone quality that is better than any other desk phone in the market today.
We have utilized the Avaya Cloud Office conferencing features- it allows for a professional, sophisticated conference call set up and implementation. The process is so easy and many employees are able to utilize it. The voicemail and voicemail to email features help keep our employees connected and up to date.
From the initial setup of our Avaya Cloud Office through the installation process and even now we have gotten excellent from Avaya - with engineers and support teams that answer when we call to the easy-to-follow support documentation the process of upgrading has gone on with all of our team feeling confident in the features we utilize.
Our team's ability to work seamlessly from wherever they are has increased productivity and reduced stress about keeping in touch and being up to date on communications. We are able to access voicemails immediately upon receipt and don't worry about missing important calls and messages. The flexibility and control each employee has empower each and every one of them.

We use the Avaya Cloud Office for our communications. We are able to communicate seamlessly with each other and the outside world. Regardless of where our employees are physically working from, they are able to stay connected. They don't have to spend time and effort stressing about if they are connected - ACO allows them the security to always be connected.
