Overall Satisfaction with Avaya OneCloud UCaaS

We have been using the Avaya OneCloud UCaaS platform for almost two years, just before the start of the covid-19 pandemic. The use intensified a lot when the great majority of the employees started to work in home office. Our entire subsidiary used the software during that time in the company and also at home. I used it a lot every day for project alignment, meetings with clients, [and] meetings between internal departments. The use of Avaya has provided us with many benefits and advantages in terms of collaboration, communication and productivity of the activities to be carried out.

  • Collaboration with the use of the virtual extension.
  • Virtual meetings without leaving the office.
  • Great support from Avaya.
  • Scheduling meetings through Outlook.
  • There is no remote control function.
  • They could add more features that enhance the tool through new updates.
  • Saves time and money with calls and travel costs to hold meetings in general.
  • Flexibility to work at home office with great software and maintain easy communication with everyone in the company.
I have nothing negative to comment on Avaya support. I have known the manufacturer for many years and have always been a reference in the communication market. The telephone service is very good and works in our local language. The waiting time is also great and the problems are solved.

The Avaya OneCloud UCaaS solution can be used in any type of scenario where you need unified communication, involving video conferencing, telephony, instant messaging, contact center, and other collaboration resources. We made the acquisitions according to the need and the number of people who were going to use it. Everything is managed in the cloud by IT and with a lot of flexibility.
