Overall Satisfaction with Aventri (formerly etouches)

We use Aventri for all our registration needs. We are a third-party event firm that uses the platform over a wide variety of clients in a number of different industries. We generally just use the registration platform but have used their lead retrieval, venue sourcing, website, mobile app, and expo platform.

I have only gone through demos of other products as we switched over from a custom product prior to Aventri. The biggest reason we selected Aventri is the malleability of the product, along with their amazing customer support. Their pricing is also extremely competitive, and they are very fair in their negotiations.

Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Aventri is fantastic for general registration needs. Their customer support is fantastic, and they have been amazing at providing a consistent account manager who understands our business and client needs. They have been flexible enough for us to use their services over a wide variety of clients and events. The biggest issue is if you have a client who has extremely specific design requests, the platform is just not able to handle without bringing in their backend development team.
