Overall Satisfaction with AvePoint DocAve

User-friendly graphical user interface (GUI). The controls on the tool are excellent. For those who don't want to offer permissions to a single user, the cloning function of users makes it possible to clone an existing user's permissions and grant access to a new user.

Admins may utilize the dashboard reports to track site operations and see who is responsible for what, among other things, by administering site collections and generating audit reports. The sites may be easily migrated and are user-friendly. As an added convenience, we are able to move material in batches and quickly determine what has been successfully migrated and what has not. In addition, we are capable of migrating user rights independently.
