Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The project owner requested that we contract with AVI as part of the construction project. The design and scope of work [were] defined by the owner prior to having them [on-site] to complete the work. AVI coordinated with our onsite superintendent for the installation of the AV scope of work.

We did not work with AVI as the end-user only helped to get the systems installed for the owner. For information on whether the installed system met the needs of the owner that would be found in another review. One area that would have been helpful would be better coordination on what was needed in a new space regarding power and data locations.
