Great Techs but a paid on the Business Side

AVI-SPL is an audio-visual firm specializing in the design, installation, and support of advanced AV systems. I have used them to design and install several conference rooms and collaboration areas in several different locations. Their technicians and designers are first-rate. Their business management people really stink though. When we started working with these folks, they were a local company and were great to do business with, but they got bought by AVI-SPL and the business relationship has been strained ever since. in 2020, due to COVID-19 business reductions, we were late making a big payment. They got every penny just had to pay it over time due to reduced business. Now, they have put us on Credit Card only payment terms. We can't even pay cash in advance with a check or EFT, they demand a credit card. No understanding of the unusual circumstances or the long history that we have with this company. It is like they don't even look at the history from before they bought the company and are treating us like someone they just started working with. if there were another local firm that had the right skills and was reasonably priced and not overbooked, I would not ever use AVI-SPL again. They are not a partner! Just in it for the money.
