- Get back with us in a timely manner with quotes
- Put customer PO Numbers on shipping labels so we can identify the items as they arrive. We typically have over a dozen orders or more at one time through AVI and other companies and it would help us keep track of everything and speed up invoicing.
- Do not provide a quote if an item is out of stock or back-ordered for more than 30 days. We have had several items ordered that we did not find were back-ordered until several weeks/months later and our budget deadline was approaching, resulting in us needing to cancel part or all of the order.
- For the largest AV integrator in the world, We do not see that buying power reflected in the quotes we have received since the merger with Whitlock.
- Due to a lack of documentation on the items shipped we typically have to play detective or contact AVI to determine which item belongs to which PO. Providing this information in the packing slip or on the shipping label would reduce the amount of time we spend managing assets as they arrive and reduce the amount of time AVI would spend answering questions about items we have received.
