Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We work with AVI-SPL to purchase and integrate A/V technology into classrooms, labs, meeting halls, and conference rooms on campus. They take our needs and requirements from inception to a final design and quote for materials and integration. Finding easy-to-use systems that provide the needs for modern teaching and business is important to our users who have a broad range of comfortability with technology.

We've rarely needed service for AVI-SPL installations. The service department has been responsive when needed.
They have helped us source products to enable remote teaching and working.
AVI-SPL has the largest support network in A/V integrators we know of. They have the most vendor relationships.

They have tremendous resources in the A/V field. With a global network, they are the world's largest a/v technology integrator. They are usually able to find a solution for any need that is requested. I've had a good relationship with sales staff over the years and they have been available when needed. Due to frequent acquisitions and mergers, there is sometimes confusion within the company.
