Overall Satisfaction with Avionté Software
Avionte provided us a one-stop shop for entering clients and entering the temp staff to work orders and then the ability to invoice and send statements to the clients' accounts. It allowed for cash posting all within the same system which makes it very ideal for reporting and the uploading was never inaccurate. It is very user-friendly but on the basic side. You do have to understand how is basic accounting and that you have to be mindful of how it reads. Overall very easy and supplied everything you would need in the staffing world. There was nothing that we noticed missing except in the accounting world the view is a little more basic but you can make it what you need. The customer service is very helpful.

- The application crashed for three business days last year.
- The movement is very easy so it is fast to send statements as long as no credit or revision.
- For the cost it gets all jobs done so that is positive.
Avionte is less advanced than financial force but its basic parts are its charms, no overcomplicating, and no bells and whistles to distract. it has it all and if they find a good idea - they listen. Avionte is comparable to QuickBooks in how it feels to a user. Basic functions. Basic vocabulary for the financial world.
