Good product with some features below average
  • calls are automatically recorded
  • being able to go back and watch my calls again to make sure I catch everything a customer is saying.
  • the transcript is so helpful to review the conversation and catch any missing details from the notes I take while on the call.
  • Being able to share video calls with team members
  • The formatting of the characters is limiting
  • The tagging can be a bit smarter to identify speakers and topics
  • It has helped us streamline company's call recording process very good

Keeping notes on customer calls so I can go back and review. Tracking calls. It allows new employees to get up to speed on client accounts faster. It is easier to relay on customer comments to the internal team.
