Overall Satisfaction with AWeber

[It was] used by our email marketing team for ourselves and on behalf of clients. It's a fine entry-level email marketing tool with basic features.

  • Basic Metrics and Reporting
  • Custom Forms
  • Too Basic for sophisticated campaigns.
  • Could use e-commerce functionality.
  • Negative Impact - time lost as we ended up switching off of it pretty quickly. Campaigns created with their drag-and-drop functionality didn't transfer well.
For small businesses MailChimp's free plan and more robust feature set is likely a better fit, unless they have prior familiarity with the Aweber platform. Klaviyo and Listrak are better suited for Ecommerce businesses.
Well-suited: Solopreneurs and others just starting out with limited email marketing experience.

Poorly-suited for agencies or marketing teams with more robust marketing needs.
