Overall Satisfaction with Azuqua
Azuqua is being used by the IT department to automate tasks primarily in Smartsheet. In addition, there are many limitations in Smartsheet, so Azuqua provides a background extension to Smartsheet functionality (e.g.: automatically cleaning out old discussions/comments, providing cell update timestamps, and other tasks using webhooks and API calls).
- Azuqua provides an amazing amount of flexibility with the various actions and functions.
- Integrations across dozens of platforms
- A Design Desk that will assist you in building complex Flo's
- The learning curve for new users can be a bit steep, so more video tutorials would be great
- Advanced design webinars
- Additional usage tutorials and examples
- Increased visibility to our customers
- Improved data quality
- Time savings to employees allowing them to perform more important tasks
Stampley - on the surface they look similar, but I came across this alternative after integrating with Azuqua so I haven't fully evaluated it against Azuqua.
