Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as a HR tool to manage, employees information, holiday bookings, policy's that require signing, who's out calendar, chat and communications, and end of year reviews calendar. It's perfect for our small business as it has a pricing structure that meets our needs and its features enable us to run as a small business.

Cons

  • I found it a bit difficult finding how to cancel holidays, I think the navigation could be updated
  • It doesn't tell you how many days holiday you have left in the app, but it does on email
  • Analytics and data could have more advanced features
  • Cost effective tool for managing employee HR requirements
  • Meets employee management compliance requriements
  • Easy to navigate and request holiday
Enjoy using it, its a simple and effective tool for meeting team HR requirements, easy to book and manage holiday, can see who's in and out, get managing policy updates and signing for employees. Would recommend it to anyone that needs it.
I would say that in terms of HR and employee management, it meets those requirements easily and makes everything in that area much easier to handle and organise making us more efficient.
Used them before and wanted to try something new, overall it was a much easier product to use and get a handle on.

Great tool, it does the job of a basic HR tool very well with its features. Its not over complicated and meets our needs well. As we are a small business it has features that meet our needs very well. Great pricing, easy to set-up and get up and running with your team.
