Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I'm working in the HR department and BambooHR® has been very instrumental when it comes to streamlining our core HR functioning. It simplifies everything from hiring, on boarding, off -day tracking, payroll, and performance management among other key functions. With the self-service features, it ensures we save time and the reduced human errors ensures we make right decisions. I also enjoy using the reporting features and I must admit BambooHR® ensures compliance while promoting efficiency.

  • While it is very functional, there are limited customization option.
  • With BambooHR®, we save lots of time thanks to the self-service feature among other capabilities.

I find BambooHR® simple and easy to understand, yet it houses great features and is very capable.
Of course I have contacted the support team. They are knowledgeable and the turnaround time is decent.
With BambooHR®, we enjoy accurate reporting and this helps when it comes to making decisions. Thanks to the reports, we make informed decisions backed by real business data.
