Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the on-site appliance to backup for our entire organization, our VMware environment, and a couple of physical machines. We also use the AWS replication service for off-site backups, utilizing the Barracuda Backup schedules and retention policies.

The web interface could be updated to be more modern.
Some views and access to information are not available within the web console, and only by asking tech support can I get some details.

Decent cost for maintenance agreement and upgrades.

Support Rating

Their newer customer support portal, allowing for support ticket creation and management has helped. I receive quick responses to my support requests, and I receive good support.
