Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training (formerly Barracuda Phishline)

It sucked; we dropped it about a year ago for KnowBe4. It wasn't supported well. The interface was hard to navigate. It felt like it was built off of legacy database technology. Poor documentation.
  • It wasn't administrative friendly
  • It seemed outdated
  • Poor GUI
  • Because it's not your main product, you'll never own this space
  • The private equity that just bought Barracuda also owns your competitor in this space.
  • We went with that competitor. KnowBe4
  • Security Awareness and training
  • Testing
  • Reporting
  • It a waste of money for us. We have the total security suite with Barracuda and chose not to use it because it was that bad.
  • I will check to see if we can line item it out of our subscription
  • Waste of time trying to implement
We unselected Barracuda and went with Knowbe4. But we're stuck paying for it as it's part of the suite.
