Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
There are many things that I like about Basecamp but two features are my favourite, one is task assignment:- like in to-do's you can assign task to a person, set deadline, add instructions about the task moreover it proivde option to attach files if required. The second feature is its campfire, you can directly talk with your team over Basecamp it's like messaging you don't have to switch to any other tool for chat.

- Everything is fantastic, no need for improvement.
- It has a positive impact on our workflow and saves our resource time from doing work on Excel.
