Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Only one of my clients is using Bigcommerce. We are using it at an e-commerce platform which we do not want to build from scratch.
  • The user interface looks really nice and is easy to use
  • Meta tags are easy to update
  • Processing orders is simple
  • Updating Inventory is simple
  • The dashboard show good overview of your sales, etc.
  • More webinars
  • We did not have any success with Big Commerce's Google Store sales - not sure if that is just us or if anyone else was disappointed with the results.
  • Better store front
  • Nice place to display all of our products and easy creation
  • Made products more visible with great SEO
We selected Big Commerce because it was recommended to us by my manager
My biggest question would be about the customer service that the platform provides. The customer service at Big Commerce is amazing in addition to the product. I would most definitely recommend it to my colleague if they were looking for an e-commerce platform.
